Who Is A Leader
- Leadership => Influence.
- The success of a leader is measured by the amount of influence he / she has.
- If people knew this, everyone would want to become a leader.
- Someone in position, who is not able to organize, motivate people to achieve some goal has less influence than someone not in position, but still able to organize, motivate people towards some goal. The person mentioned later has more influence and is more powerful as a leader.
- Someone who can set new trends, change culture is a leader.
- What I have learned is having
- a wide range of interests

- Someone with a strong network that makes him capable of making things happen
- Someone you can trust
- Someone who is a great communicator, who paints pictures with words and touches your emotions
- Someone who cares for others (You certainly wouldn't follow someone who cares only for himself / herself)
- Someone having magnetic, charismatic personality, so people naturally gravitate towards him / her.
