Before I came to the scene - to IBM, HP and Cisco and other Companies - "Internet of Things" was all about collecting Big Data generated from devices and processing the data to create value.
I showed how wonderfully useful devices could be created with "Internet of Things" and coined the term "Physical Digital Computing".

Companies (from Google & Amazon to HP & Microsoft) are emphasizing more on innovations.
Before, Companies wouldn't dare exploring areas and concepts like "Reimaging Computers from the ground-up" that require you to risk - doing business comfortably - doing "what everyone else is doing", following "conventional means".
A lot has changed in the past few months.
Now, Companies like HP is experimenting with new forms of Computers ["Computers Reimagined"]:
- "Sprout" and
HP is also developing 3D Printer of its own [HP is a leader in 2D Printers or traditional Printers that print on paper.].

Intel is investing heavily on "Wearables" and aiming to capture the Market of
"Wearables" Processors (Intel missed the Market of SmartPhone Processors).
We're in the midst of the birth of a new era in Computing - "Physical Digital Computing" [what Futurists had termed as "Ubiquitous Computing" - computers getting integrated into all of our devices, our lives, practically everything].
An exciting time indeed!
